Michael Abel is a seasoned estate planning attorney with a deep understanding of complex estate and tax laws. He is committed to providing comprehensive and personalized legal counsel to individuals and families in the New York Metro area. After graduating from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Michael earned his JD and LLM in Taxation with a concentration in Estate Planning from New York Law School. He has honed his skills through years of practice at several boutique trust and estate firms and has served as Vice President in the trust department for Merrill Lynch, US Trust, and Bank of America. Michael's extensive experience enables him to navigate the complexities of estate planning, probate, and trust administration with ease. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their long term goals, protect their assets, and minimize their tax liability. Micheal has served as President of the Estate Planning Council of Rockland County.
